Yes, most Universal Audio hardware comes with a specific bundle of UAD plug-ins. These are automatically added to your account upon hardware registration via the UA Connect app.
What is your return policy for studio equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for hardware in its original packaging. Please note that once software licenses are redeemed or hardware is registered, returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
All new Universal Audio hardware products include a limited 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

How do I transfer a used hardware license to a new owner?
You can initiate a hardware transfer through your account dashboard. Once the 'Transfer' request is submitted, the new owner can register the device and the included plug-in licenses will follow.
