Initiate Your Request
Log into your UA Account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Pack the item securely in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and reset any linked software licenses, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
